It's a Girl...

I can say, finally!

Finally she's out.

After being in my tummy for 40 weeks + 4 days... She's out in this world.

I can say that it was a long process~

Here's the journey in giving birth to my daughter...

Doctor estimated that I will give birth on 29th November 2013. So, as a first-time parents-to be, Mr. Imam and I was so excited. We even expected her to be out earlier, as most first pregnancy it will due 2 to 3 weeks earlier. However, looks like our daughter refused to be November's baby.

And so, I had my check-up on 28th November 2013. Doctor asked few routine questions; how am I doing, is the baby active, etc. My answer to the activeness of my baby was lesser since few days, and straight away   Doctor gave me options either to have induction or wait, the risk for waiting is baby may die. And that was it! That was how he gave options. Plus, my cervix is yet to be dilated. The hospital scheduled for another appointment on 2nd December 2013.

We decided to wait. It was a mental and emotional waiting session for us.

During the waiting period we tried so many ways in order to make me dilated my cervix, from acupuncture pressure, walking around, and exercise. We tried all.

2nd December 2013 - 0950hrs
Reached hospital for my appointment. Did my routine check, went for Ultrasound scan, and next station to get CTG scan (scanning for baby's heartbeat). And after all that done, we finally head to Doctor's room to hear the verdict AT 1155hrs.

Again my cervix is not dilated yet, it was only open up to 1cm. In order for labour, the cervix needs to be opened up / dilated till 10cm. So, the Doctor gave me an option either to induce or wait. This time around, Doctor Candice at least explained what to expect if we choose to wait again. The reasons are; baby might poop inside and accidentally eat the waste which may be toxic to the baby, and insufficient supply of nutrients to the baby because placenta can only provide the nutrients up till 10 months.

So, this time around we chose to induce. One of the reason is that both parents are so eager.

Process for the ward arrangement took almost few hours to be admitted.

Finally at around 1730hrs I am warded. Family members were around to keep me company and stayed till visiting hours end at 2100hrs.

Now just left me with Mr. Imam to wait till 2200hrs for my first tablet induction.

CTG Scan was done first for one hour to monitor the baby's heartbeat. Next the tablet was induced in my cervix, and next we need to wait for 2 hours for the result. So, I was pushed back to the ward at around 0230 hours on 3rd December 2013.

Started to feel contractions at every half an hour. Since it's still bearable, I just stay at my bed.

3rd December 2013 - 0430hrs
Nurse came to check on me and was surprised to look at my contractions. She asked whether am I in pain, so I said I can bear it. But then, the nurse stated that I were to be sent to Delivery Suite in case I can't bear the pain I can just ask for pain relief there. And I just obliged.

0445hrs
Reached Delivery Suite. Felt that there's a discharge there, and it was actually blood. Contractions is still bearable even though it is coming at every half an hour.

0545hrs
Another tablet was induced. Last check on my cervix that it is not even 2cm dilated. Frustrating feeling.

0830hrs
The contractions started to bother me. Can't bear it. Decided to give in to the gas mask. And yet my cervix refused to open up. Still at 1-2cm. They scheduled me for another induction at 12pm. So I have another 6 hours to go for my cervix to be dilated.

1015hrs
Felt the urge to push. Nurse came to check and I already dilated at 4cm. She was surprised on my fast progression. And started to rush in preparing all the necessities. At around 1100hrs, I get the urge to push getting harder. Check again on my cervix I have dilated at 8cm. Doctor started to come in, nurses started to give encouraging words. I was in excruciating pain! Mr. Imam did not stop in giving me support.

1210hrs
I felt relieved. Finally something is out from my vagina. Felt like you have successfully released a constipated "SHIT" ever. Fuuhhh~

After going through the process, I appreciate my husband more. He is there during the process and have seen the worst side of me. It was a stressful and yet there's funny experiences. Which shall be kept just the 2 of us~

Its a girl. No wait. A boy. Ermm~

Insya Allah this time around I manage to complete a month Ramadhan. Thank you Allah, for the strength you have given me... And thank you baby for cooperating well with Ibu :)

It has been a great and awesome experience thus far. Excluding the throwing up part. I didn't experience morning sickness much. Only when my stomach can't accept the food, I will tend to throw up. And during the first trimester, my stomach, seems not accepting Malay dishes... Only western and finger foods. Maybe that's one of the reason I didn't gain much as I ate a little and threw up.
My baby bump at 22 weeks young... Yup small! Today I am in my 23 weeks 4 days coming to 6 months, it is not clearly visible that I am a pregnant lady. Haha!

But so far, Alhamdulillah the journey has been smooth.

And I won't forget how Mr. Imam reacted when he first felt baby first kick. It felt like butterflies tickling you from the inside - something punching and trying to push from the inside. Somehow, baby can hear you and give responses when you are communicating with them. At night before sleep, Mr. Imam will read some Surah for baby and that's where baby will actively respond with kicking, stretching, somersaulting, etc.

Scanning to know the gender... Somehow, baby too shy to show -_- and the therapist can't confidently says either its a boy or a girl.

For now, I don't want to think on how the delivery gonna be like. I shall just enjoy all 3 trimesters...

Missing...

"It is either you missed someone or that someone misses you..."

That was the reply I received from Mr. Imam when I told him about the dream I had last night. Yup, it was a sudden to see that someone's face in my dream.

I don't wish to find out who misses who... Am I? Really?

The journey begins...

Wow~ feels like I have abandoned this blog. The last updates was in December 2012, and that time I was so busy with my wedding preparations. And after that I find reasons to updates. Or simply by just being lazy.

I have tons and tons of updates and things to share here. Let's just start slow...

12 & 13 January 2013 - The Wedding

Masya Allah! I am so grateful to have sucha wonderful loving family members who are always there for me to support in every single things I do. The events went smoothly with assistance from both parents and siblings, and what makes me extra emotionally is that my aunties and cousins sacrificed their sleeping time to "rewang" on the Saturday's night.

Started off with my Henna night on Thursday. I got my henna done by my elder sis, the best part all my bridesmaids were there to get some henna done on their palms and hands too! Oh, my cousin, Siti, came down too~ and yup Fash! I can still remember you want a "Princess" henna.

And finally, the day I've been waiting for arrived. The solemnization was an emotional moments for me. I didn't get to meet with Mr. Fiance two weeks before the wedding, we were quarantined by both families. And it's a good feeling actually, I get the chance to fall in love with him again when I saw him seating and waiting for the Naib Qadi to arrive. Melting~

Alhamdulillah... With just one time, I became his wife.

We had fun during the two days event. Outdoor photo-shoot with our bridesmaids & best man. Overall, I am just contented with;

Ruby Rashid Catering Services - my aunt who is a cook commented on the food, if the food is okay and nice to her, and yup it turns out good. Too bad~ I didn't get the chance to taste it.

RH Bridal & Decor - my decor is just how I imagined it to be. White garden with a touch of maroon roses. Nicely done. And I'm just so satisfied with my MUA and dresses.

Pancairama Classic Karaoke & Performance - Oh my goodness! They are awesome people! Talented and know what to do. Never felt disappointed hiring them to spice up the event.

The journey begins...

I am treasuring every single moments I get to spend with him. And Alhamdulillah after a month and a half the test shows positive. Another new journey starts. I would not want to trade him with any other man...

For the rest of my life... I will remember my responsibility as a wife to you for as long as we live.

Assalamu'alaikum Cinta~

Something to our names...

Mr. Imam and I does not earn a five digits salary every month. However we are stable enough to survive and live well in Singapore. Since Singapore is ranked Top 10 for Most Expensive City! Fuuhhh~

Every wife would love to live a dreamy life as a Tai-Tai. I am not excluded. But I learned to live the hard way on the difficulties that people's face in life. So now, living a life as a Tai-Tai is not in my current list. I'd rather see that both of us can enjoy and spend our earnings and feel contented with it. What people wants and needs does not equivalent to what we need.

But here I can proudly say that, we have a 4-rooms HDB Flat to our names that will be ready in 2014. And Alhamdulillah we managed to buy our own car, to our names. A gift to my future husband. A surprise for him! His dream car, Mitsubishi Lancer EX - Black. I can just say the car is soooo him.

Dear Future Mr. Imam,
I don't want you to feel burdened in order to just provide me with luxurious life. I am contented enough with whatever things that you are able to provide me. I just need your TLC, and most importantly pamper me with your advices, soothing words, and your patience. Insya Allah I believed in you that you can be the right Imam for our family.

Bloodline... Wedding preparations...

At the end of the day, family members are still the best!

They understand you. Criticize you but at the same time giving you ideas and feedbacks to make you better.

I just wanna express how important they are right now, especially during the crucial moments in the midst of preparation for my upcoming weddings in less than a month. Crying, scolding, laughing, arguing, and lots more but I am very sure they want the very best for me.

Mom - I know you have been trying your very hard to get the best caterer for my wedding, and I know the chosen one is not the best. Unfortunately, we just have to supplicate hard that everything will turn out good for the guests to enjoy. And to ensure the decor will be just nice for me. Plus those supports given in lots of areas that I myself didn't think of; berkat, room decorations, and the list goes on.

Kakak / Syahidah - I have never seen you sooooo excited since my engagement. Thank you for sharing your creativity for the gubahan (I love how it turned out), my henna design (can't wait how it looks like), the wedding cake, and more.

Dad - You're the type of person who doesn't talk much but will be there whenever we need you. Your support towards me till this very end is appreciated...

Aunties and cousins are always there when you need them. They are all excited and very enthusiast upon hearing the news that I'll be putting the end to my single-hood.

Bride is someone who wants everything to be as perfect as possible for her Big Day, from the minor up to the major items, she wants to know every single details. As for me, even after sitting at the dais with my Groom, I would still like to know if there's any discomfort among the guests, lacking in any place, etc etc.

Not just sitting there looking nice, smile, and enjoying every moment of it. You don't want to be a bridezilla during your wedding or few days before your wedding, aren't you? Your mood will affect the people around you. Planning everything and to ensure it is a smooth sail is definitely pressurizing, but with every one by your side, Insya Allah all will be okay and things happened for a reason. Allah has better plan for you.

Few updates on my wedding? I'm just left with my pre-wedding photoshoot. Since Mr. Fiance just received approval to wear his Number 1. Woohoo~ one of my dreams will be turn into reality soon! Insya Allah, Amiin~ Other than, just the small items like; berkat, sirih dara, and bunga rampai.

Enjoy some pictures~
Simple design rite? Mine, will be done by my Sis.
Alhamdulillah, so far all her clients are satisfied with her service.

A cozy room. I've painted my bedroom wall with Latte color. All the bedroom set are nicely set-up. Left to put up our Arabic Calligraphy names at the empty wall.
Rainbow Cake. Both sisters will be baking it for me. Nice!

I love the simplicity of the gubahan. Picture taken from Google. Since my concept is garden theme... So, this one is my choice.

Oh oh! I have yet to send out my invitation card (my side). Parents have started distributing it to family members, relatives, friends, colleagues, etc. I shall work on it soon! And just to share, I was speechless when Mr. Fiance showed me his invitation card upon collection in October. Now I know how it feels like to those who were getting married. My card? Weird but I didn't get the speechless moments when looking at mine. Sigh~ but it's okay. Things happened.

Saw it when googling some ideas. And this one caught my eyes~
So, my invitation card almost has the similar design like this.

That's it. Enjoy your day ahead, people! Salam Alaik~

Something to ponder about...

The nearer it is... The harder it gets...

That's the obstacles that I believed most couples will face upon their big day. Pressures from few aspects that lead to arguments...

And that's what I am facing with Mr. Fiancee, as the days become closer. Just 2 months away and we argued quite a lot over even a smallest matter...

However, with much understanding and patience, things will eventually passes by in a blink of eye. Doesn't matter who's at fault, either one of us must give in.

To Mr. Fiancee, if you ever come across this blog...

Thank you for being patience with my attitude. Tolerate with my nonsensical behaviours. Always being very supportive in whatever things I decided to make. Most importantly, I salute your patience's limit. I wouldn't want to trade you with any of the guys outside there. Insya Allah, I believed we can make it till the end. Just as what you have been teaching me. PATIENCE.

I am not a great person to give out advices. But I am sure a person can change when there's a will, determination, and most importantly guidance from the above (Allah S.W.T) and the love ones.

Peace out. Freedom belongs to all.

it's a new beginning...(part 6)

A lot of emotions have been going around these past few weeks just for the "The Big Day" to be as perfect as possible... Exactly 3 months away now~

Alhamdulillah... After much tears, arguments, misunderstanding... We have come to conclusions on few matters;

Honeymoon Trip
Much deliberation. Searching, discussing, thinking, here and there... We decided to go to Phuket and Bangkok for our honeymoon. No worries for the near-budget-trip location, as long as we get to relax and enjoy ourselves that is mostly more than enough.

We will be flying off to Phuket first on 15 January 2013, Insya Allah... Return back to Singapore on 17 January, and once again fly to Bangkok! Fiuuuhhh~

And this trip is just for the 2 of us. And.... Hey ho, everybody! We will be staying at Sala Phuket Resort & Spa. Awesomeness! I got blown away by only viewing their photo gallery at the website. Let me just share few pictures here from their Facebook Page...

Sala Pool Villa

Garden Pool Villa

Jealous much? Haha :) You can do your booking at their website -> www.salaresorts.com/phuket

Our purpose of choosing 2 locations, basically at Phuket is for us to relax. And to Bangkok, where we are actually bringing both families along. Just for shopping :D

And I'm contented! Because, Mr. Fiancee has pinky-promised with me for another Honeymoon trip to Paris in either March or April 2013. So, Amirah, if you are reading this... Please psycho your husband for your anniversary gift there! And we can shop there together!!! How great is that, huh?

Wedding Bands
Seriously, it is just so difficult looking for Platinum ring for guys. Not much jewelry shops that brings in Platinum. We asked almost all shops; SK, Goldhearts, Soo Kee, Taka, Meyson... Just one shop that we did not ask, thinking the price must be a "bomb" because of the "atas" brand look. It's Lee Hwa Jewelry. So, yesterday, we just stepped in and asked and voila! They do have Platinum ring for guys... And maybe luck is on our side, they are celebrating their 42nd Anniversary. Discounts, baby!!!

Our choice - bottom right
Platinum for Him
White Gold for Her

Platinum ring for guys can cost up to SGD 3K. And for this one, I'm getting it at affordable and unimaginable cheap price! Of course, white gold is my choice - another item under the Mahr.

Why not Suasa? I've googled and searched here and there... Suasa - is a mixture of copper and there's an element of gold, more to gold so that the item will not get rusty. And in Islam, men are forbidden from wearing gold (anything relating to gold).

White gold? Even though it is white but there is still element of gold in there. So Platinum or Silver is allowed, as Nabi Muhammad p.b.u.h once wore silver ring before. And Platinum is another factor of metal one of the chemical element in periodic table, mixture of nickel, and copper.

Wedding Cake
To blend in with my Garden-theme-wedding. I'm choosing to add Rainbow Cake as my wedding cake.

Both my sisters will be baking the wedding cake. I'm just feeling blessed with them... I've discussed with them the concept... So, surprise me sista!

We had fun during our selection outfits. A total of 4 outfits - White Dress for Nikah, Turquoise Ghangra for "Berinai", Songket Orange for Sanding, and Red/Black Gown for "Dinner". Satisfied with the color chosen, our favourite colors by the way!

So, now! I need to confirm with my Sanding Program Schedule... Mom!

Oh! Toodles for now peeps!

it's a new beginning... (part 5)

16th August 2012 - 150 days to the wedding...

Alhamdulillah, Mr. Fiancee and I had registered our wedding application at Registry of Muslim Marriage (ROMM) on 22 August 2012.

We chose to register straight at the ROMM and get the interview/taking of oath done on the same day. Since Mr. Fiancee and I were on Hari Raya leave. Internet kiosk are also available at ROMM.

Additional note; Couples in Singapore are to register their wedding within 150 days before the solemnization date. Registration is on online basis, and with a payment of SGD 39. And if there's any changes on the information that they have registered, additional of SGD 15 for any changes made.

And now, I just feel that the clock is ticking faster than before... Insya Allah all will be kheir!

Mr. Mitsubishi is down...

It has been two weeks since Mr. Mitsubishi is admitted to the workshop.

Mr. Mitsubishi refused to start two weeks ago while parents were driving him to Larkin. Yup, he broke down while in Malaysia. It was quite a trouble. Luckily we have a family-friend there, so he brought his member. But looks like they were unable to find the reason why. A week at a workshop in JB, we decided to bring Mr. Mitsubishi back home, cause it took them quite a while to find the reason of the break down and to purchase the equipments.

So, my mum, BIL, together with Mr. Fiancee and I, just had to face with the 3 hours massive jam at Woodlands Checkpoint. Finally I get to see Mr. Mitsubishi. Cut story short, we reached home at 3 in the morning. But being able to see Mr. Mitsubishi at the parking lot is a relieved.

He needs to get his "heart" fixed. There's some problem with the wiring connecting the ECU and motherboard. Whatever term the doctor gave, I missed driving around Mr. Mitsubishi :(

Just can't wait to bring Mr. Mitsubishi home...

Mahr

What is "Mahr"? Or in Malay term it is called, Mas Kahwin.

Mahr is an obligation and a condition in Nikah. It is a gift from the husband to the wife as a symbol of their marriage. The wife has the right to request what she wants as the Mahr as it will belong to her.

Above source from MUIS website.

Mahar is a gift given by the groom to the bride after the solemnization ceremony. It symbolizes the beginning of a husband's responsibility towards his wife in fulfilling her everyday needs. Mahar can be in cash or benefits, such as gold, silver or money. Mahar is the bride's right and she owns the Mahar. Thus, she has the will to dispose of it as she wishes.

The minimum rate for the Mahar in Singapore is $100 cash.

Above source is from ROMM website.

And this is what happened last Saturday. It was an impromptu plan. Like any other weekends, we went out to do some random shopping. He started asking questions about the promotion that he receives from Goldheart, as it is his birthday month, etc. So after we made our short trip to Queensway Shopping Mall, as Mr. Fiancee wanting to buy Jersey, we proceed to Vivo City since there is a Goldheart branch at Vivo City.

We were just glancing at the displayed jewelry. To my surprise, he said this, "Jom!"

So, we just looked at the wedding bands designs and prices. Sadly, there's an element of gold for the male rings. We thought of buying the wedding bands in making use of the Great Singapore Sale and Mr. Fiancee's additional of 50% discount!

Conclusion, he purchased one of the Mahr item for me, pendant and gold chain.

At times, Mr. Fiancee - you surprised me!

Next up, our wedding bands to be strike off from the list.

Good Service Tax - Crap!!!

I don't get it why do we have to pay extra $$ for GST! Especially when a shop imposed extra percentage for their service tax, but the service given towards the customers are far not better!

Can I refused from paying extra charge for the service rate if the services received is unsatisfactory??

These are what I encountered. Last Friday and today.

Date: 27 April 2012 (Friday)
Location: Challenger @ Tampines One
Issue: Laptop's webcam not working

My sister was having problem with her brand new laptop's webcam. During the purchasing of the laptop, the Sale Officer mentioned that if there's anything wrong, we can just bring it over to the shop. And there we are, at the shop. My mum, younger sis and I went to Customer Service counter, but were greeted from the Chinese male staff with; "You go to that side ar! Coz there's customer waiting for me." To me that was rude enough! With singlish accent, intolerable. Is it due to us being a Malay customer comparing to the customer you were attending to was the same race with you? That is just plainly racist.

Next scene, we just proceed to the next counter as "instructed". A Chinese female staff who were busy repairing an item just carry on to repair without even have the initiative to assist us. So, we approached and I explained on the problem that my sis was facing. I stated; "We are having problem with the webcam." And she asked; "When did you buy?" And I answered; "Somewhere in March." And straight away she claimed that; "Oh! You cannot come here! You need to go to the manufacturer..."

I was still trying to control my emotions, and requested from my sis for the warranty. I read through what were stated loudly so that she can hear me. And what happened next really pissed me off! She called us by "Hello! Hello! Hello!" What the hell?!?! So we just ignored her call and move away from her counter. So we went back to the first counter cause I saw one staff who was friendly and helpful enough. So, I explained the problem. Kindly, this Chinese male staff explained that if it is a hardware problem then we need to go back to the manufacturer but if it is a software, we can just come anytime to Challenger so they can take a look at it! And good thing it is a software problem with the webcam. And less than 5 minutes we are done! Imagine if we were to go to the manufacturer as instructed by the Chinese female staff without knowing it is actually just a software problem!

Date: 30 April 2012 (Monday)
Location: @ Home calling to Herbal Pharm
Issue: Cancelled order was still sent

My mum called over Herbal Pharm to order one of the product around afternoon. So after she received comments from her friends, my mum decided to cancel. And one of the staff did acknowledge on the cancellation. And today, upon reaching home, there it was! The product is on our dining table, dad was at home and he was the one accepting and paid the product. So I straight away call the Hotline number (mobile number) to get their explanation. It took so long to answer for them to answer. And I started my conversation in English, so by right you should reply in English. But the Malay Auntie replied in Malay. So I give her the invoice number, and I thought she was checking it for me. So I explained the problem, easily she just replied, this may be a misunderstanding between the Sales Person and the Officer who took down the order. So, in summary, she can't help because she needs to check with Yasmin the Sales Person whose name was stated on the invoice.

The best part is, she doesn't have any solution to it. But her position is the same like Yasmin. I wonder, what if some situation happened to her? Funny~ And so she said we need to wait till Wednesday because tomorrow is PH. And she said that she is at hoem therefore she can't do any checking and all! But, she requested for my mum's details.

First thing first, if you already answered the hotline, you must be ready 24 hours to answer calls or enquiries. Definitely a customer doesn't care and doesn't even want to know where the hell you are!!!

So, straight away I said that I will call again on Wednesday and just hung up!

I think, if you can't provide a great service, don't even think of putting high Service Tax!

It's the new beginning...(part 4)

Apart from major items that I have placed bookings on, we have started doing some surveying and purchasing items for our dowry.

We have decided to exchange with each other 5 trays of dowries, and we have also decided on what to put on my trays; praying items, beg, DSLR camera, dress, and mahr.

As for him, hmm... Quite difficult to even think 'bout it! So, currently we have set to give; shoes, watch, praying items, a set of outfit, and one more item that we have still to crack our brain.

So, just sharing on the things that we have bought...

Armani Exchange - AX1040 (For Him)

Armani Exchange - AX1157 (For Him)

Louis Vuitton Bag (For Her)

DSLR Nikon Camera D5100 (For Her)

Why 2 watches?? Hmm... Nice model and basically we cannot decide, so yeah! We bought both at a reasonable price!

That should be all for now!

It's the new beginning... (Part 3)

Physically, nothing much has been purchased on my side.

So far I have confirmed booking with;

Ruby Rashid Catering Services
Hopefully, the food will turn out nice for the guests to enjoy during my reception. Booked and placed deposit, just has yet to taste as I booked it before Amirah's wedding. Amirah took the catering services for her wedding also. And the only chance to taste it was during 3rd March 2012.

The food was edible and I can say that it is accepted by my palate and stomach, since I'm a bit choosy on food and my stomach is not too 'strong' to accept any inedible food. But the presentation was unexpected~ it was a bit messy and looks like the crew doesn't clean it up.

Next, the setting up for the desserts side was...hmm...what shall I put here...let me just describe it here --> the cutting of the "kuih" was not consistent and can say it's messy. Mum also get the chance to taste the "bubur terigu" and she commented it was tasteless.

So... let's pray for the best.

Flipside Studios
We decided to go under one roof for our photography and videography.

Currently, I'm perfectly satisfied with their products for video-graphing as per shown to us on their previous clients. However, viewing the pictures from all the Bride & Groom who chose them for their event, was unsatisfying. The pictures doesn't seem like how I expected it to be. Just tawakkal, Insya Allah it will captured nicely.

Pancairama Classic Karaoke & Performance
I've never seen their performance before. But based on my elder sis and my mum's review, they said this group is good. So, yeah! I think I'll just have to wait and see their performance with my own eyes on 13th January 2013...

RH Bridal & Studio
In love with their decor, just a simple white garden wedding theme. Simple and soothing look! And can't wait to be the queen and just sit on the dais.

And make-up for Muslimah... Just can't wait to put it on!

I just hoped that I can pulled it through with all the comments given by my mum and my elder sis. I want them to understand that this is my wedding and I want it to be my way. The preparation, the choosing of gifts, the purchasing, etc.

Ya Allah, please guide me to go thru all these...

Sunday, January 15, 2012

It's the new beginning... (Part 2)

Started to survey here and there. Do some checking. Enquiring the best offers.

I have confirmed the BIG items...

- The Decor & The Bridal by "RH Bridal & Studio"
"I can't wait on how I will look on that very day after putting on the make-up, nice dresses, etc..."

- The Photographer by "Flipside Productions"
"My most anticipation moment is during the Solemnization and Outdoor Photo shoot. One thing is, we need to enjoy ourselves."

As the rest of the items will be handled by parents, they insisted on it. Such as;

- The Caterer
- The Door Gifts
- The Entertainment

Mr. Fiancee fell in love with the photography production company once we sat, listened and browsed through their products and concept. His preference still to this company after we surveyed at other exhibition booths for photography. So, let's just wait for next year and anxiously waiting on how it will turn out!

As how Mr. Fiancee fell in love with the photography production company, that is how I fell in love with RH Bridal & Studio dresses and the way they put on the 'tudung' for the Muslimah brides. Lovely! Browsed through the rest with mum but still back to RH.

As for decor, just that it will be easier it is under one roof. The theme is "Garden Style". Hoping for it to turn out simple yet nice~

Heading to Lala Land for now...

And the preparation continues...

It's the new beginning... (Part 1)

At work. Lunch-break. Tired to go out. Lunching-in & blogging.

2012 - New year. But things and life still runs the same for all human beings on earth. You still go to work, back home, go out with friends, sleep, and the routines are circling...

For myself, I think it's gonna be a year of business with preparations... Yup, the date has been set! The bell will ring on 12th January 2013~ And the Reception will be on the nice date 13.1.13 (^_^) After much tears, arguments, dillemma... I can breath out in relieved, Alhamdulillah...

Now, each bride-to-be most anticipated moments. Doing the preparations, the nervousness when the time is nearing, the mixed emotions, etc...

Just can't wait to see how the final results of everything...

I just can't imagine how would I feel when the wedding gown is already on me and waiting for him to say,"Aku terima nikahnya..."

Going for outdoor shooting as a husband and wife... Kihkihkih! Best!

For now, let's just pray for the best... Insya Allah all went smooth~ Amin!

No one will know....

No one will know that you have completed your task unless you tell the whole world...

No one will pat your back after you have done a great job...

No one will assist you after much complaining other than just listen...

Sometimes you are just on your own... Even though being part of the team...

So, I need to be strong... Doesn't matter where I am...

Salam Lebaran 2011

"Salam dunia...
Salam semua...
Salam Hari Raya...
Bersinar akhirnya..."

And once again the celebration that we all have been waiting for...

Salam Aidilfitri 1432H.

It's a one hell week!

We argued. We made up. We argued. And we made up...

Am I a good partner?
Am I a good girlfriend?
Am I a fiancee?

It's all up to me. And it's all about me, myself and I.
